                      telephone?
Friend B    : yes, i can.
Friend A    : thank you.
 Friend B    : no problem.

Roommate A   : i’m trying to study, but the radio is too loud. Could you turn it down ? 
Roommate B    ; yes, of course.

Sister         : i’m trying to listen to the news on television, but i can’t hear it. Can you help me turn
